About Me
I am graduate student at Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at MIT. Before joining MIT, I obtained dual Bachelor’s degrees in Urban Planning and Economics from Peking University, China. I am pursuing the Master of Science in Transportation (MST) degree at JTL Urban Mobility Lab. My research interests lie at the intersection of causal inference, machine learning, and urban computing. I try to combine machine learning and econometrics methods to address urban transportation issues, such as congestion and pollution. I am currently working as a research assistant at the Singapore-MIT Alliance for Research and Technology (SMART), focusing on the impacts of artificial intelligence on human capital development and urban economic growth.
I am very fortunate to be supervised by Prof. Jinhua Zhao from Department of Urban Studies and Planning, MIT. At Peking University, I was advised by Prof. Liyan Xu from College of Architecture and Landscape.
